These are additional services that are not included in any of our Tier Service Packages.  These services require more details that are not part of the day to day operations but can occur from time to time.

  

  • ​Project Management (property renovation)  

  • Eviction (may require court appearance)

  • Code Enforcement Fines (may require court appearance)

  • Housing Authority Processing (detailed onboarding process that can last from 3 weeks to 30 days)

  • Utilities connect and disconnect (requires coordination for access to the property)

  • Administrative Services (outside of the normal day to day operation)
