Application Process

HOW TO APPLY

Visit our website at www.tr3oresientialgroup.com Click on "Available Rentals" to select your favorite home.  Once you have decided on a home click "Apply Now" to begin filling out the online application.  Be sure to click submit for your application to be processed.  By submitting an application you agree for TR3O Residential Group to run a background check.  

APPLICATION FEE

The application fee is $65 for each person

18 years of age and older who will reside in

the home.  The application fee is non-refundable. 

Application fees that are returned for non-sufficient funds will automatically deny your application.

OTHER FEES

Other non-refundable fees you can expect to pay.

 

Administration Fee

$200.00 Per Household

Pet Fee

$300.00 per pet

PETS

We accept small to medium-sized pets such as 

dogs, cats, fish, and small caged animals such as hamsters.  The combined weight of pets should not exceed 300 pounds.  Some communities are governed by HOA covenants that may affect the type of pets permitted.

LEASE SIGNING

Once the application is approved and all move-in funds are paid via certified funds the lease agreement will be emailed to all lease holders for signatures.  The lease must be signed by all parties before the move in date. 

THE MOVE-IN PROCESS

Once the application is approved and all move-in funds are paid via certified funds only, the lease agreement will be emailed to all lease holders for signatures.  The lease signing, proof of established utilities and renters insurance is required before moving in.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR A HOME

TR3O Residential Group follows the same criteria to qualify each applicant.  The qualifications are comprised of the four categories below.

1. Income qualifications: All leaseholders are required to provide proof of income totaling at least three times the rent per month.

2. Tenant Screening: A credit history, criminal history and Fico score report will be obtained.  Screening is powered by TransUnion a third        party company.

3. Income Verification: Confirmation of employment and income will be requested from your employer. 

4. Rental History: Rental history will be requested from your previous landlords.
